Community Groups
An invitation to belong and grow together through discipleship, care, fellowship, and accountability.
“And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people.”
Acts 2:46
living in the story
The mission of Church of The Redeemer is to invite our city to participate in God’s Story of Redemption. We do this by embracing, living in, and sharing the Story. The central rhythm of living in the Story is Community Groups, which are an invitation to belong and grow together through discipleship, care, fellowship, and accountability.
The aim of every CG is 1) Discipleship in our pursuit of loving, knowing, and obeying Jesus together, 2) Care in sacrificially attending to each other’s needs, 3) Fellowship to seek unity and strengthen our relationships, and 4) Accountability in being open and honest about our inward lives through the confession and repentance of sin and seeking the help of others to follow Jesus and put sin to death.
CG’s meet three times a month and provide childcare based on the type and location of the group.
